FREE eBook- Are You Getting What YOU REALLY WANT?
I've spent my entire professional career creating teams capable of achieving excellence. Nothing makes me feel more inspired than helping people overcome obstacles and solve problems to achieve great things!
Consequently, I've achieved lots of success in my life. I'm a former U.S. Army Ranger and Combat Engineer Officer, an award-winning business leader, and now I'm taking what I've learned and sharing what I've learned as an entrepreneur.

I've recognized the key to getting what you really want is being the person you want to be in every personal, professional, and organizational situation. So, as BoomLife's Success Engineer, I'm working on helping leaders use their strengths in ways they may not think of to create the kinds of success they dream of but don't always expect in the business world.

Whether you want to build more sustainable business, learn to lead more effectively, make a lasting positive difference in the lives of others, or intentionally create meaningful mutually beneficial relationships, I can help you get from the success you've gotten to the kind you really want.

Success is getting what you want. But, that definition leaves a lot of room for error in terms of the dreams you really want to achieve without compromising your values and relationships with the people you care about the most. You need people to be successful. Do doesn't it make sense that your life will be so much more enjoyable when you create success with the people you want to spend your valuable time with the most?

It's easy to become confounded and believe there can be no perfect blend between getting the professional success you want and living the life you dreamed of when you were a kid. But, it doesn't have to be that way.

I believe anyone in any situation can achieve values-driven success. If success is getting what you want, then values-driven success is getting what you want and being the person you want to be.

Here's the catch...you can't get what you really want if you are not first the person you really want to be so you've got to have a plan...a system. When you engage with the BoomBlog and GPS Theory, I think you'll find the clarity you need to create the confidence and conviction you need to live and lead intentionally.

It's not only possible...it's probable! I'll show you how to systematically design your life, your family and company cultures through simple strategies that build on a system of thinking, acting, and being a values-driven parent, friend, and leader.

Make a significant, positive and lasting difference in your own life and you'll do the same for others. Imagine the possibilities! I'll show you how to identify and make the most of your greatest opportunities at finding success.

To get started, I want to help you achieve values-driven success in your personal, professional, and organizational lives and get started I want to show you where to start. It's all in my brand new eBook. To get your copy, all you need to do is fill out the form, push the submit button and I'll have it in your email inbox before you know it.

MY BIOGRAPHY

1989- I receive a Regent's Diploma from Wells Central School in Wells, NY. I was a member of the National Honor Society and lettered in Soccer, Basketball, and Baseball.

1993- I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education from the State University of New York at Cortland. During my studies, I learned that everything is measurable as long as you measure the right things and measure them correctly. I also learned during my first day of student teaching that I didn't want to be a Phys. Ed. teacher. I was an active member and served one year as Treasurer of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.

1995- 1998- U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer- I enlisted and served in the U.S. Army in the Military Police Corps. I deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina for 9 months in 1996 - '97. Upon my return from that deployment, out of a desire to have more influence over decisions that affected my fellow soldiers, I applied to and was accepted to Officer Candidate School. By that time I had achieved the rank of Sergeant. I learned about leadership from the outstanding group of non-commissioned officers and officers I served with.

1998- 2002- U.S. Army Officer- I received my commission as an Engineer officer in June of 1998. I then attended the Engineer Officer Basic Course where I learned about leadership, planning, managing projects, engineering principles of construction, demolition, terrain analysis and counter-mobility.

My leadership skills were honed to a razor sharp edge while I attended the U. S. Army Ranger School. I would later put those skills to work as a Platoon Leader during my second deployment to Bosnia-Herzegovina. My platoon supervised de-mining operations and mass anti-personnel landmine destruction operations in the Republika Srpska. I was hand-selected to lead the first multi-national effort between NATO forces and all three former warring factions to build a bridge and re-open a key route to encourage the return of commercial activities in the three segregated areas of the former Yugoslavia. I later served in various key staff and executive leadership positions within my unit.

2012- I receive a Master of Business Administration degree with a Master Certificate in Executive Coaching from Bellevue University. In 2011, I started providing executive coaching and leadership development services under a sole proprietorships, Pathfinder Executive Coaching. I closed Pathfinder in 2013.

2015- Corporate Leader- I worked in various leadership and sales roles within the food, chemical processing, and communications sectors. During this time, I lead a number of high-performing teams as I applied what I learned as a leader in a values-driven organization like the U.S. Army. I also honed my skills in the practical application of leadership development, organizational development, process design, Lean Principles, Statistical Process Control, and other statistical-based approaches at continuous improvement.

I created GPS Theory after leading a multi-functional team in a food manufacturing facility owned by a national food brand to gain over 310% increase in productivity while driving safety incidents and injuries and quality defects and scrap rates down to near zero. We created millions of dollars in capacity, opportunity, and profits. I was recognized and awarded at the highest level in the Company...two years later, I was fired. The problem wasn't that I didn't perform. The problem was the decisions and actions of leaders in the Company (including my own) were not in alignment. They didn't understand why what I was doing was different so they didn't understand it and therefore didn't recognize why my team was able to exceed everyone's expectations.

GPS Theory was my solution to the problem. I wanted to create a system that ensured the value-propositions promised matched the values delivered for all key stakeholders. The seeds of GPS Theory were sown in November 2012. I spent the next two years working with local companies as I developed and validated the system. During this period I was also working full-time as the Director of Operations of a growing hybrid company (construction/technology).

I started-up BoomLife, LLC in August, 2013. I've worked with organizations like Chesterman Company (a Coca-Cola Bottling Company) NorAm, Billings & Company, the City of Sioux City (City Manager and direct staff) identify and create opportunities for innovation, growth, and profits (through eliminating waste).

In December, 2014, I published my first book, Finding Success: Get What You Really Want, to educate people through thought-provoking and inspiring stories how GPS Theory can help people achieve values-driven success in any personal, professional, and organizational situation.

February 2015- I began working for BoomLife, LLC full-time. I am so excited for this chance to share GPS Theory for Business to the world! If you're passionate about innovation, I'm the cultural expert who can help you close the gap between your cultural dream and reality so you can lead growth in your company while maximizing profits through meaningful and lasting mutually beneficial relationships!
